Lots of room, fun pool and hot tub, clean, industrial size fridge and 2 ovens. Such a fun place!

Well taken care of. Kids loved having a great pool all to themselves when they were not on the lake.

Only thing that in hours can openers and ice amazing

We made a quick, last minute trip to Bear Lake and were lucky to get the Cedar Farmhouse for a couple of nights. It accommodated our entire family nicely! We loved the pool! Our children loved it more than the lake!

For a two nights stay we paid a lot in fees. Then on top of that vrbo charged another very large fee! We will not use VRBO again because of these fees

We had a blast as a family - all 22 of us! The Farm House was fantastic! Close to Bear Lake and Garden City hub. The swimming pool and hot tubs were a real hit for family members of all ages! We would definitely go back there again!

We were very pleased with this property and would book again. There were a few things that we noticed that would have been a little more helpful. The sofa bed was dreadful. Ended up sleeping on the downstairs couch. The propane for the outside grill was 95% empty. No dishwashing detergent was available. We did bring our own hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Worried the whole time about getting any stains on the white toweling. Mattresses in the bedrooms were not great quality. This makes it sound like we didn't enjoy the stay, but we actually did. These things were not deal breakers for us and we had a fun time just being together as a family.

This house is beautiful The layout is perfect for an extended family. It has a large well equipped kitchen and spacious gathering areas both inside and out. The pool was clean, conveniently located next door, and provided hours of fun for everyone in our group. There is a fun treehouse in the loft that kept the littlest members of our family entertained. If I had one complaint it would be that the mattresses are not very comfortable but overall this house is wonderful and was the perfect place for our family getaway.

First of all, the good points. And there are many! This house was AMAZING! So beautiful and a wonderful layout for big groups. It was clean and well decorated. Our family loved the private hot tub, and the kids absolutely loved the pool house. We walked to the pond just down the street and fished a bit. It was one of the most beautiful VRBO homes we have stayed in, and we have stayed in A LOT.

Now for the not so great parts of the stay:

- The beds are not comfortable AT ALL. The beds are all cheap mattresses on wooden frames with no box springs. Every member of our family mentioned how uncomfortable they were. Such a bummer for such a nice place and definitely not what you would expect.

- The communication with the property manager was not great. We were almost there and still hadn't received any check-in instructions. I texted and they sent them to us, but I've never had to ask before.

- We shared the pool house with the guests of the home next door. This was explained in the description, so wasn't a surprise. The part that was a surprise was the fact that there were no assigned private/shared hours for the pool as was stated in the description. I texted the property manager, and they responded and said there was no schedule. So, we had to work this out with the guests of the house next door. Not the end of the world, but a bit awkward. The guests next door had been there for a week already and had a HUGE group, so while they were very nice, they sort of acted like the pool was theirs and they were letting us use it occasionally. And because their group was so large, and ours was just our small family, we didn't really want to swim every time with them. One of the main reasons I booked this house was because it essentially had a private pool. Which didn't end up being quite as advertised. Also, the property manager didn't give us a code for the pool house until the second day we were there, so the guests next door had to let us in.

Between the uncomfortable beds and the poor management/communication, I almost left three stars, but despite these things, our family really did have a great time and would even go back (especially now that we fully understand what we are getting into), so I decided four stars is fair. I would definitely recommend it, provided the guests know to be proactive in communication ahead of time.

Nice home just as pictured. We had 3 families staying under the same roof and fit all of us perfectly with enough room to spare. Rooms were good but the only thing missing was closet space but was fine as we were able to wash on-site. The kitchen is also great space and fully equipped with the exception of a blender. The younger as well as the older children enjoyed the playground and the pond area. Would love to stay here again if we are in the area again.

The Farmhouse is a cute place to stay. It is close to almost everything in the Bear Lake area. We did appreciate having a pool, fire pit and hot tub. It is also nice to have 4 king beds with 4 bathrooms, so the four different families could have their own space. However; the place could use a good spring cleaning. Bugs were stuck on the ceiling of one of the bathrooms and windows, shades and baseboards did have bugs and excess amounts of dust. The pillows are not very good and a few were stained and should have had a pillow cover on them, just like the mattress. The mattress is also pretty firm. The fridge was sticky and not the cleanest, so I did wipe it down before stocking it. I do realize it is county/lake country, but we have stayed in a lot of short term rentals and this one wasn’t the best. The kitchen is not as fully stocked as it says it is. We had to go buy what we could. Knives are not sharp and spatulas were broken. We probably won’t stay again.

Overall loved the property, moving forward you might want to consider cleaning the baseboards, the dust mites on the walls and the bugs on the ceiling in the bathrooms. Also note the hot water was extremely hot you might want to turn that down. We had kids all under the age of 6 that might of gotten burned. Also the mattresses on the beds were horrible all the adults could not sleep well. Pillows need replacing.

Amazing pool house, hot tub, and clean amazing house

Great location and home. we really enjoyed the patio swing, pool, kitchen, and outdoor living areas, we had some issues where we messaged management about.

Fantastic backdrop to our family reunion. The layout was extremely functional (and beautiful). Bedrooms offered privacy. Loved the little details: kids treehouse/playroom, large fridge/freezer, WiFi, porch swing, pool house, drinking fountain (!!!), outdoor fire pit, plenty of parking.

This house is AMAZING. Huge, clean, comfortable space. We did not want to leave! The pool and hot tubs made this the most fun we’ve had at an AirBnB. Wouldn’t change a thing. Hope to stay here again in the future.

This is a great place for a large group to stay. Plenty of room and everything you need.
