Built in 2023, this lodge is the perfect place for your next family reunion, corporate retreat, or special event.

🧑‍🍳☕Our open concept kitchen and front room on the main floor will welcome you and all your guests. Whether you love to cook or just enjoy the views-THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! The chefs in your family will find everything you need to prepare your family’s favorite culinary dishes at your fingertips. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need from Frigidaire appliances (1 side by side fridge, 5 burner gas cooktop, dish washer, and a double wall oven) pots and skillets to dishware.

🎬📽️Our home boasts three distinct lounging areas for your ultimate comfort while watching your favorite shows. Each area is thoughtfully designed to provide you with the best viewing experience possible.

The first lounging area is the cozy and inviting front room. Here, you will find a comfortable sofa, gas fireplace, and a large-screen TV for your viewing pleasure and a 2nd stocked kitchen (Frigidaire fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and a 5 burner gas range). Sit back and relax as you catch up on the latest episodes of your favorite shows.

The second lounging area is the family room, complete with a fully equipped kitchen #2. (Frigidaire Fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and Whirlpool electric stove). Our theater area is equipped with a large screen TV, surround sound. Enjoy your favorite movies and shows in style and comfort. With the convenience of a kitchen in the same area, you won't have to miss a moment of the action while grabbing a snack.

The third and final lounging area is the ultimate spot for movie buffs. This area is perfect if you need to escape and find your own place to chill. Enjoy your favorite snacks and drinks while watching TV with kitchen #3 (Frigidaire fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and Whirlpool electric stove). The plush seating arrangements and beautiful decor will make you feel right at home. The area has a private entrance to the west side of the home. All of our TVs are logged into the most popular streaming services, including Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu where you'll have access to an extensive library of movies and shows to choose from.

🏓🏀If you want action and things to do, our garage turned game room will help you get your energy out. We have 6 shot basketball, Cornhole, Badminton, plenty of board games, and more. We have our own private pickleball court just north of the home. You can spend hours laughing and playing in the summer sun.

🏖️You’re in for a treat during your stay in this wonderful private community called The Reserve. The residence is minutes from The Reserve Clubhouse, which includes 2 pools, hot tub, workout facility, basketball courts, game room, tennis courts, and even an office space, which can all be used free of charge during your stay. Just half a mile down the road, you’ll find over 1,900 feet of private beach on the edge of Bear Lake’s stunning blue waters, where guests can relax and have some fun in the sun accessed by a private gate (lake level permitting). Please note: the outdoor pool is closed during the winter months. (October- May)

⛰️🌸Despite incredible comfort at the home and astounding community entertainment options, be sure to explore the surrounding area to experience all the excitement the region has to offer. For the outdoor enthusiasts in your group, recreational activities abound. ATV trails can be accessed from directly next to the development, perfect for a thrilling afternoon! - Travelers will need to provide beach towels (white towels provided are for 'in home' use only)
