A spacious 4,300 square feet, Persimmon Hill accommodates 26 on three open and expertly decorated floors. Windows are everywhere allowing for the outside to come inside. Whether you are looking at the Caribbean of Rockies or watching a thunderstorm move swiftly across the lake you will find peace and comfort in every square foot of our home. The extra-large kitchen has large groups in mind. Two commercial grade refrigerator/freezers and 6 burner 'Thor' gas range will allow you to feed everyone with ease. Everything you need is here, from appliances, kitchenware, cutlery, cookware and herb garden! Your culinary masterpieces can be created on our 'Black Stone' griddle or use our 'Weber' gas grill. Cleanup will be a snap with double dishwashers and lots of beautiful cupboards right at your fingertips. You can enjoy the cool evening or watch the sunset under our covered patio/deck or inside while dining at one of our 7 tables.

There is something for everyone here, including a game room/garage with ping pong, billiards, indoor 6-shot basketball, and TV. Don’t forget our private pickle-ball and basketball court! Hours of fun and competition await you and your family. You will have access to stream your favorite shows on Netflix or Amazon Prime in the evening on one of our TVs. If a quiet place is something you crave, there is a place for that too. The kid in everyone needs to roast a marshmallow or two-use our propane fire pit and watch the beautiful glow of the setting sun to relax you from your day of fun. Watch time pass while soaking in our 7 person hot tub looking at the different constellations that the night sky offers you. While you recharge your battery by relaxing at our home, you can use our EV 220 volt charging station but don’t forget to bring your own cord.
