The Sapphire Lodge is a special property designed from the ground up to cater to large groups, from family reunions to corporate retreats. This property features an incredible open floor plan with a large kitchen, great room, and dining room all adjacently located with plenty of seating and space to gather the entire group for meals and fun. The kitchen features a 48" professional range, plenty of counter prep space, and all the kitchenware needed to craft your culinary masterpieces for your group. Do not worry about fridge space as this property features two extra deep fridges, also enjoy the deep basin sink, high-end ultra-quiet dishwasher all that make cleanup a breeze and allow for more time to spend thoughtful memories with those in your group.

Two masters on the main floor make it easy for those in your group needing comfortable living space without all the stairs to have privacy and be close to all the action. Upstairs features an incredible bunk room with Full over Full bunk beds, 65" TV, and game tables. Enjoy the loft with a plush oversized sofa and large TVs for a little space to get away and enjoy some rest and relaxation.

Downstairs the party continues with a video game wall, pool table, ping pong table, extra-large oversized sofa designed to sit 15, and a kitchenette to keep the snacks coming. Multiple bedrooms downstairs feature king beds and even an additional ensuite master makes sure you are extremely comfortable in this home away from home. All our beds feature plush 14" Gel Memory Foam Hybrid Mattresses from Wellsville Sleep, sure to give you the best sleep you have ever had! Quick getaway

The place is amazing, great location, beautiful home. Open concept to let a bunch of people in the home and not full crowded. New home so it has its quarks, but the property managers were good to work with.

Gorgeous home, impressive theater, indoor pickle ball/basketball/rock climbing, and incredibly responsive host (had a theater room issue and they were there within 30 mins at 10pm!). Highly recommend!
